AI usage. Every plan includes AI usage worth 10% of the monthly price, at cost. If you go above it — an agent that looks things up in your shop uses more than a plain question — we bill the difference afterwards at cost plus 20%, and nothing below € 10. Your agent always keeps working, and you see your usage live in your dashboard.
Integrations. Shopify is the only one that is ready-made: no custom build, no separate quote. What he pulls from it is on the Shopify page. All other systems — from WooCommerce to your own ERP — we build case by case with a fixed price up front; on integrations you can see per system what is standard and what is not.
