Shopify · ready-made integration

Your shop keeps selling deep into the night. Your customer service stops at five.

Where is my order, is this size still in stock, can I return it. An AI employee hooked up to your Shopify store answers those questions himself — with the real order and the real stock at hand, not with a generic line.

Within 48 hours a trial version is ready, trained on your own shop. No obligations, and you do not need an integration to test him.

What the integration fetches

Six things from your shop, and nothing else.

The integration runs through the Shopify Admin API with read-only access. Below is literally which — including the scope names you will see in your own admin when you tick them.

Order status and fulfilment

read_orders · read_fulfillments

Paid, processing, partly shipped, delivered. Looked up by order number, after the customer has identified themselves with the email address or postcode of the order.

Track & trace

read_fulfillments

The carrier and the tracking code Shopify gets from your fulfilment — the same link that is in your shipping email, only at the moment the customer asks for it.

Stock per variant

read_inventory

Not "usually in stock", but whether size 42 in navy is there right now. And if not: what is.

Variants, sizes and prices

read_products

Your whole catalogue with options, prices and product copy. He does not invent a size you do not carry or a price you do not charge.

Delivery time of that variant

read_products · read_inventory

The delivery time that belongs to the chosen item, not the general promise on your shipping page. That is exactly the disappointment you would otherwise get an email about later.

Returns and warranty

your own policy

Period, conditions, costs and the route to your own returns form. Trained on your terms, so no generic talk you have to walk back later.

And what he cannot do

  • Payment data. That lives with Shopify Payments or your payment provider and does not appear in the integration.
  • Write access. There is not a single write scope in the request: cancelling, refunding, changing prices or stock — he cannot.
  • Your customer base. He looks up one order for one customer who has just identified themselves — he does not browse your customers.
  • Your Shopify admin. The integration runs through the Admin API with a token you issued and can revoke at any moment.
To be fair

Shopify Inbox is free. This is something else.

Inbox is a fine chat window — as long as someone is behind it. The problem is the hours when nobody is, and the questions for which you first have to look up the order. That is where this starts.

Shopify Inbox
  • You or your colleague types the answer
  • Saved replies for the standard questions
  • Outside office hours it waits until tomorrow
  • You look up the order yourself
Visstick AI employee
  • Answers himself, in your tone of voice
  • Trained on your whole catalogue, terms and policies
  • Just as awake at 23:12 as at 11:00
  • Looks up the order in Shopify and quotes the track & trace
  • If he does not know, he brings in your team — with the whole context

They do not get in each other’s way. Many shops keep Inbox for the manual work and put the AI employee in front of it, so your team only sees the conversations that really matter.

From token to live

Ten minutes of work for you, two weeks for us.

1

You create the app

10 minutes

In your Shopify admin: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps. You tick the four read scopes above, generate the token and send it to us. No app from the App Store, no developer, no change to your theme code.

2

We train him on your shop

about a week

Alongside the integration we load your product information, returns and shipping policy and frequently asked questions. What he may and may not say we set down before he goes live — including when he keeps quiet and brings in a human.

3

He goes live

within two weeks

As a chat window on your shop, and if you like also on Instagram and Facebook Messenger. You read back every conversation in the dashboard and see exactly where customers get stuck.

Right now

Have him show you.

Bottom right on this page is our own AI employee. Ask him to demonstrate it for your kind of shop, and ask him the questions your customers ask.

Want to see him on your own range? Request the free trial version. We train it on your own shop and it is in your inbox within 48 hours — without an integration yet, so without you having to set anything up.

Get your free trial version
  1. Click the chat window bottom right
  2. Say show me how this works for a Shopify store
  3. Ask where your order is, and whether something is still in stock
  4. Then try to make him guess — and watch what he does instead
What it costs

From € 59 per month.

The licence starts at € 59 per month for the chat on your own shop. If you also want to be on Instagram and Messenger, that is € 125. The Shopify integration and lead follow-up are in Growth, € 295. Every plan includes AI usage worth 10% of the monthly price; anything above that is billed at cost plus 20%.

The setup we quote per shop, because a webshop with two hundred items is something else than a catalogue with fabric samples and delivery times per variant. You know the amount before anything starts.

Questions

What Shopify owners ask us first.

Do I need to install an app from the Shopify App Store?

No. You create a custom app in your own admin with read-only access and give us that token. That is deliberate: there is no third party in between, you see exactly which permissions you gave, and you revoke the token again in one click.

Which permissions exactly do you ask for?

Four read scopes: read_orders, read_fulfillments, read_products and read_inventory. Not a single write scope, and no read_customers. If you want to leave one out at first — stock, for example — he still works, he just says honestly that he cannot see the stock.

Does this slow down my shop?

The chat window is a separate script that loads only after your page is ready, and the integration runs on our side. Your Core Web Vitals do not notice a thing. It changes nothing in your theme files either.

Does it work with Shopify Markets and multiple languages?

He answers in the language of the customer, even if your shop is only in Dutch. If you sell across the border, that is often an immediate win: the same returns question in German currently costs you an employee who is not quite sure. Multiple domains of the same shop fall under one AI employee.

I have two shops with their own range. Is that possible?

Then you need two AI employees: each with its own knowledge base, its own terms and its own character. A second employee costs € 59 per month. The same shop at another address — a Belgian or German version — is just an extra domain and costs nothing extra.

What if he does not know the answer?

Then he says so, and passes the conversation on to your customer service with the whole context attached. He does not fill in a delivery time, size or condition he has not found in Shopify or your documents. That is the most important agreement we set down before go-live, and you can read back in the dashboard whether he sticks to it.

We are not on Shopify.

WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Magento and custom order or ERP systems we connect case by case, as custom work — quoted separately. At /en/integraties you can see per system what is standard and what is custom. And without an integration he works too: then he answers everything except questions about one specific order.

What if I stop?

You revoke the token in your Shopify admin and the integration is dead. The licence can be cancelled monthly after the first three months, and if you are not satisfied in the first month you get the setup costs back.

Twenty minutes, and you know whether there is something in it for you.

Tell me how many questions come in per day and what they are about. I do the maths with you and tell you honestly whether this pays off for you. If not, you have lost a quarter of an hour and gained an honest answer.
